These hackle pliers give you flexibility in wrap- ping hackle by allowing you to keep the correct tension while rotating, be- cause they are flat on the bottom. This allows you to wrap parachute hackle very close to the shank of the hook. The pliers are constructed of spring steel with a rubber pad on the tip for firm gripping.
